The Assembly Line is led by Diane Cunningham alongside place and marketing professionals that come together as projects demand.
Diane is an experienced project manager with a strong marketing background. She is skilled at working with multiple stakeholders, from to volunteers to board level.
Her place experience includes options appraisals for markets and buildings, town centre animation projects, commercial and operational models and as project lead on larger projects involving multidisciplinary teams She has worked extensively with markets across the country and carrying out engagement work with businesses and traders.
Alongside her place work, Diane has 20+ years of experience in marketing and client development with FTSE 100 companies, specifically in the regulated, financial services and re/insurance sectors and those providing services to government.
She helps companies understand their market, customers and business, enabling them to get to market quicker when launching new products or services. She helps run integrated marketing campaigns and tell compelling stories about products, services or people to support business plans.
Diane holds an MSc in Place Management and Leadership and was an Expert to the High Streets Task Force.
She was also appointed to the inaugural London Markets Board established to protect and grow London’s street markets and is a trustee of The London Society, a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management and a director at Fabric District CIC in Liverpool.
